A Continuum of Care with HEALTH SOS

Health SOS - Outpatient Rehabilitation at The Kensington

Health SOS is privately owned by Sandra Foschi, Physical Therapist and Certified Nutritionist, with more than 28 years experience. She believes, “Healing is a team effort and experienced, caring individual contributions make enormous differences to those in need”.

Raising the bar on the quality of care offered to patients is the impetus for starting Health SOS. The staff is encouraged to be very communicative with patients, families and MDs and Nurses. As Sandra puts it, “We know everyone we care for is cared about by family members, therefore, mediocre care is never acceptable…not for family members and not for our patients.”

At Health SOS, they stay current with continuing education, they order the latest equipment, and stay abreast of new treatment techniques and deliver quality manual work that improves outcomes.
